Our prices

1. Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 people in 1 room and 4 people in 2 rooms (as mentioned in prices).

To the holiday apartments with 2 bedrooms we apply the rate valid for 4 persons (to both children and adults).

Extra bed for children up to 13 years: 12,00 €
Extra bed from 14 years: 15,00 €

The prices include: Natz-Schabs Card, Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread service and the final cleaning and any fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (July 2014: 1,15 € per day and person above 14 years of age).

2. Discounts for children

Kids up to 1,99 years stay with us free of charge
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

3. Pets

Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed!

4. Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.

5. Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150,00 € per week has been paid.

For stays of less than 4 days there is a one-time-only price surcharge of 40,00 €.

Aufpreis für Frühstück: Surcharge for breakfast: upon request from May till end of October you can enjoy your breakfast (buffet) at the Hotel Hubertushof (directly nearby), at a price of 12,00 € per person. (free for babies up to 2,99 years old and at a rate of 8,00 € for children from 3 to 10 years old). In the winter months, upon request, we can serve you the breakfast in our Swiss pine stube (living room).

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. Cash payments in Italy cannot exceed 3.000,- €. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 15.00 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 15.00 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10.00 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

Until 1 month before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 month until 1 month before arrival, we will charge 40% of the total price of your stay, 1 month until 1 week before arrival, we will charge 70% of the total price of your stay and a cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge 90% of the total price of your stay.

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

8. Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit.

However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here:

9. Exclusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided. We reserve the right to make changes without notice or to amend the information. Only the specific service offer or the booking confirmation is binding. For external links we can – despite careful control – assume no liability. For the content of linked pages exclusively their operators are responsible.

10. Data protection

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
